The goal of the Task Force is to define how BFU-USA will appropriately implement a Board of Directors into its structure.
During the 2009 National Convention in Chicago, IL, the general assembly voted to include a Board Of Directors in BFU-USA's organizational structure. The definition of the Board's structure, composition and modus operandi was outsourced to this Task Force via the BFU-USA National Executive.

- Determine the Board's structure, composition and modus operandi
- Determine how best BFU-USA can incorporate a Board of Directors into its structure (in terms of timing, approaching suggested BoD candidates, etc)
- Suggest potential candidates for the Board
- Present a draft document detailing its findings by December 16, 2009
- Present a final document by February 24, 2010.
The members of the Task Force below have been chosen because of their unique experience, capabilities, interests and commitment in seeing our organization succeed in its mission and vision.
