- Restructuring BFU-USA Committees (a review of the structure yesterday and what the changes are)
- The roles of committee members
- Examples of how the committee's will function (with previews of new programs to be introduced)
- Benefits and Risks of new structure
- Parting Thoughts (Conclusion)
- Next Steps
- Appendix
This document is also accessible on our National website here for those who may not have the powerpoint version attached.
The National Executive successfully reviewed this concept with the chapter presidents during their first meeting on Sunday, September 13, 2009 and the chapter presidents are already working towards obtaining proper chapter representation on these three committees.
The anticipated benefits from these structural changes are huge - from the execution of initiatives to collaboration across chapters and with the National Executive, the true benefits will lie on the chapters', members' and National Coordinators' ability to work together for the benefit of our communities here and in Bui division, as is outlined in the document.
